Valley Lacrosse is a member of the Upstate Lacrosse Association. The goal of the ULA is to provide a fun, developmental environment for all kids to learn lacrosse. We foster and promote a positive game experience in a non-competitive environment. Our goal is always to have fun and be safe.

We want to highlight Valley Lacrosse Alumni who are still playing and doing great things! Check some of them out below!
Colin played Valley and went on to play lacrosse in high school. He is now at Rutgers University.
Owen played Valley and went on to play lacrosse in high school. He is a Corcoran HS graduate in his sophomore year at SUNY Geneseo.
Brackton played for Valley and CBA and is now #47 at John Hopkins.
Maggie played Valley and went on to play lacrosse in high school. She is a Corcoran HS graduate in her Senior Year at Robert Morris University.
Finn played Valley and went on to play lacrosse in high school. He is a Corcoran HS graduate in his freshman year at New Paltz.
Vinnie Alexander ’11 has been serving as an Assistant Coach for the LeMoyne Dolphins since 2015. He played for Valley and Westhill.
Pat played Valley and went on to play lacrosse in high school. He is a Corcoran HS graduate in his freshman year at UAlbany.
Emma played Valley and went on to play lacrosse in high school. She is currently #48 a Flagler. She has also come back to help coach our K-2 girls during the season!
Logan played for Valley back in the day but is now a coach at Division 1 Quinnipiac in Connecticut. He was the head coach at OCC until fall of 2024.
