We are proud to partner with LeMoyne College Lacrosse again this year to bring a FREE clinic for all Syracuse City School District students (grades K-12, co-ed)! This will be the first of several free clinics with local colleges this fall, so stay tuned for more information.

New Fall Tournament Team!
We are very excited to announce a new "pilot" Tournament Team for this fall: The Valley Vipers!
The Vipers are a group of 5th and 6th grade girls from Syracuse. The Vipers will practice twice per week throughout the fall and play in two local tournaments. Our goal is to create an enhanced, more competitive and affordable opportunity for players who are ready for the "next level". If successful and there is enough interest from players and volunteers, we will expand to include more grade levels for boys and girls in the future.
A very big THANK YOU to the volunteer coaches and managers who have committed to leading this effort!
And, in case you are interested - once upon a time, Valley Lacrosse's mascot was the Vipers. We are resurrecting the name for this Tournament Team!
